UnKle JAM - Unklejam’s neon electro-soul mash-up includes Tyson, Mr. Bobby Joel Stearns and Adonistar, It is all about freedom of expression for the band members who are heavily influenced by P-Funk - a genre made popular by George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic in the 1970s. Even their band name – Unklejam – comes from Funkadelic 1979 album ‘Uncle Jam Wants You.’
We feature another wonderful track from Joss Stone (composed by Joss Stone, Billy Mann and Otis Redding).
An amazing track from Steve Cole’s new CD, that the Doc just cannot get out of his head! This track has a really great feel good factor about it as soon as you hear the opening bars!

Dave Sereny - Keep Goin’ Hailing from Toronto, Ontario Canada. On MySpace, the words “A Jazz Guitarist Legend In The Making…” are words that we truly agree with. His influences include:- George Benson, Wes Montgomery, Miles Davis, Michael McDonald and Steely Dan. Dave is a multiple nominee at the 2006 Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards. Dave’s highly anticipated debut album will be released Spring 2007.
The Doc and Prof were dancing to Andre Ward “Chicago (Here We Go)” just before they recorded this episode and we are sure that you will all love it too.
Andre is based in Boston but grew up in Chicago. This track is from his From ‘CRYSTAL CITY’ now available on on Itunes and we believe US stores after April 24th.
Our featured artist is Azymuth with their Retro Visor, Te Querendo (Featuring Márcio Lott) and Amazon Adventure (Jazzanova Remix).
This week’s Desert Island Groove (DIG) is from an awesome Bass player: Phil Mulford, His choice is Pleasure - Glide (from 1979 LP Future Now). The Prof could not find a website for the band but there is a write up here.
